Founded
in 2002 by Gary
McCausland the Richland Group is a rapidly expanding and
hugely successful property company that buys, develops, sells
and rents property throughout the UK and Abroad.
In recent years the Company has broadened its portfolio
from its traditional detached developments to include a multiplicity
of medium to large-scale developments incorporating, mixed use
schemes, traditional executive homes, refurbished historic buildings
and urban loft spaces.

Richland Group always delivers superbly designed homes and commercial
spaces. We are also very committed to improving the environment
and creating ‘green & sustainable’ properties
as a priority. In short the Richland Groups mission is to deliver
value to our customers by creating high quality developments
in which people want to invest, live, work and play.
The company to date has successfully developed/gained planning
permission to build well over £70 million pounds worth
of property (with a further £30 million+ in the pipeline).
