One of the most visionary projects we are working on together with architect Leon Kalkwarf and Studio K Architecture is K1 (above). Named K1 because we want to construct a building that reaches 1 kilometer into the sky (1,000 m)! With wind power, hydro turbines and solar power, shopping and entertainment centers, several parks with large trees, we dare to think the impossible.
